MainStreet America- The Calais...my favorite home

I could not hold out any longer, I have to share with y'all my favorite home from MainStreet America. From the street it had me at hello.
The Calais is 4,100 sq ft and has 4 bed/4baths.
I was admiring the beautiful lanterns by the porch and then I noticed something more...
They have bling! I would love to find these and may have to go back and get the info on where to buy them. I forgot to get Oldest to scan the tag with the info when we were there.

Two story foyer.

The Calais is just beautiful and I knew the moment I walked in that I had found the paint color that was perfect for our home.

The cabinetry was just amazing.

The fridge!
Little office off the kitchen.

I am guessing this is an art niche. I personally would have just made this space a closet but the model homes are for the sponsors to show off their products so I can see why they put it there.

Back to putting the finishing touches on the secretary and our kitchen. Have a great day everybody!:)

MainStreet America Home Tours

So far I have shared the first 3 of 12 model homes at MainStreet America. Today I am going to show y'all two more.
The Cape Pointe beach cottage is one of my favorite of the 12 we toured that day.
Cape Pointe is three bedrooms, 2 bath 1800 sq foot home.
It welcomes you with its beauty the moment you step inside.

The flooring was gorgeous and would you believe me if I told you it was not wood but tile!?
Oldest looked up to see who it was made by. I may have to locate some for a future project.

The kitchen counter tops were fabulous and upon further inspection I realized that they were not a solid surface but Formica! Formica sure has come a long way.

This light is dreamy! I am wanting this style for on our back porch. I think a ceiling fan is going to win out though.
Next up came The Timbergrove. I just loved the outside of this home.
2300 sq feet with 3 bedrooms and two baths.

The porch ceiling was to die for!

I really liked the floor to ceiling rock fireplace but I would have added a rustic mantle.

Hope y'all are enjoying the tour of homes! If you missed the first three or are wondering what MainStreet America is you can click here and here.

See ya back here tomorrow for 'How I Found My Style Sundays".

Kitchen Update & More MainStreet America

It has been just a tad over 4 months since I started painting our kitchen cabinets and I am happy to announce I am 100% finally completed! Yes, I know it took awhile but I get distracted easily!;) I now just need to clean up the kitchen to get ready for the full reveal. Till then I thought that I would take you on a few more model homes tours today from my visit to MainStreet America. If you missed the first tour you can click here.
Welcome to The Centennial. It is a craftsman bungalow style home.
The Centennial is a 2700 sq ft 3 bedroom 2 bath home.
Beautiful entryway with gorgeous wood work. The window in the floor was to show you how the floor was constructed.

I was in love with this range top!
While going thru my pics not a lot of them came out for the Craftsman so I figured I would share two homes today instead of one.
Next up on the street is The Midtown modern loft style home.
The interior was filled with rich inviting colors.

A Medusa style chandy.

The master bath was full of luxury as well.

I loved the modern chandy's because they had bling!
Oldest had a blast scanning the card with the tablet to see who made the lighting fixtures and how much they were.

Hope everybody has a wonderful weekend. See ya back here tomorrow for "How I Found My Style Sundays" and next week I will be sharing one of my favorite homes on the tour- The Beach Cottage.
