fall fun

These are more pictures from our trip to the Springs Preserve last Thursday night. They had really neat scarecrows in the courtyard. It was such a beautiful night. It wasn't too hot or too cold, it was juuust right. They have a farmers market on Thursday nights, but I couldn't get myself to buy any produce because the prices are really high. I did get Grant a cupcake, so he was happy. We didn't know this ahead of time but they had different stations set up so that kids could go trick-or-treating. They didn't mind that Grant wasn't in costume. Grant was happy to come home with his pockets bulging with candy. I told him now that we have his costume we can go again this Thursday. What is his costume? You will just have to wait till Halloween to find out!

Grant is having fun prancing around the house in his costume. Did I just say that? My son is having fun looking very macho in his costume! Halloween just can't come soon enough for kids.

p.s. For those of you not in Las Vegas Grant is wearing a University of Nevada Las Vegas shirt. They are called The Rebals. It was collegiate day at his school.
