Start with a hanging candle holder.(cute boy optional)
This one came from Home Goods.
Remove the chain. I used two wire cutters to hold onto the metal ring and pry it apart. 
Bend the rings so it sits flat.
You now have a cloche (glass bell jar).
Now I just need to find a cute plate to put underneath it.
