meatball sandwiches

Here is a "recipe" from our Superbowl party.

I use the word recipe loosely.

You'll see, this barely qualifies as a recipe.

Take a bag of meatballs.

I prefer turkey meatballs, but this time used beef.

Thaw them in the refrigerator,

and then dump them in a slowcooker.

Pour BBQ sauce all over them and cook

until they are heated through.

Our family looooves Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce.

We think it is the best.

The ladies used sweet Hawaiian rolls for their sandwiches,

the guys used hoagie rolls.

Everybody liked them, they were yummy.
