WhooHoo Wednesday

There was a lot of WhooHooing going on over here which is why my WhooHoo Wednesday post is a day late! Ha! I just am really loving Marla's new linky party. Be sure to stop on over and join in on the fun.

I saw this shelf a few months back and fell in LOVE with it!! Rhonda over at Blue Creek Home had me soo envious over her beautiful shelf that she created. If you have not seen her redo on it go here. I would visit Rhonda frequently just so I could lust over her shelf. That and she has a great sense of style. I love her master bath!

Low and behold what did Littliest and I find at GW on Tuesday!!?? I saw it and snatched it right up all the while running down the isle...okay walking as quickly as one can with an elephant of a shelf and a 4 yr old tagging behind...and WhooHooing the entire way up to the register. The lady asked me if I needed help to my car and I said no thanks. Heavens no is what I was thinking and risk having somebody run off with my find!Ha! I NEVER find a single thing at GW so I was double excited.

What's more to be excited about is the price. Can ya see it!? Yep, that's right just $7.99 ladies!! So later that afternoon after picking up Oldest from school....

and instead of doing this....(did I really just show ya'll my clean clothes thrown on the living room floor!? Just keeping it real and yes they are all folded now and headed to their rightful owners drawers!;))

I did a little of this! I busted out my Christmas present that The Nana and The Papa gave me. It had been patiently waiting to help me tackle my never ending list of projects.

On Wed I did a little of this because it was oh soo beautiful outside that I just could not stand being the unorganized pit um I mean gargae one more minute.

We also did a little of this and yes in our, well his pjs because ya know that is how we roll!

Had a lot of this and it was soo well worth it! Not only did I get to work right away...not five months later...on a project that I just knew in my head I would love Littliest learned that he is now tall enough to turn the bathroom light on and off! That means no more leaving the half bath light on ALL day long. Ya, we are real green here that way. Also we had swim lessons and Oldest swam on his back all the across the pool for the very first time! Now if all that is not worth several WhooHoos I don't know what is!
